Title: Kvasivka Selians'ka - Tart Village Soup

2cMeat stock beef or pork
2cSauerkraut juice
1 Egg large
1cSour cream
2tbFlour
1tsDill freshly chopped
1/2cPotatos mashed
  Rye bread croutons

Bring stock to a boil & add sauerkraut juice. Mix in sour cream, flour, & egg. add a small portion of the hot stock. Mix then add to the pot & simmer for 3 minutes. Add the mashed potatos ands sprinkle with the dill. Seve with the ryebread croutonsmsprinkled over the soup. ORIGIN: Alla Medinsky, Kiev, Ukraine, circa 1996
